All of the pricing appearing on this website is expressed in U.S. dollars. It does not include any shipping costs.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Since there are only one of each item for sale, everything is on a first come basis. Therefore, you must contact us at 877-DISNEY8 (877-347-6398) to place an order.

Payment for merchandise is cash only via electronic bank transfers, money orders, certified check, cash or Pay Pal. There is a wait of 10 business days for personal checks to clear before the merchandise is shipped.

Wire Transfer - Bank information will be provided with your Order Confirmation. Merchandise will be sent upon completion of transfer.

METHODS OF DELIVERY

All merchandise is shipped via UPS, insured and a adult signature is required. No merchandise will be shipped to a PO box or PMB address. In the event any merchandise is damaged upon receipt, our company must be notified within 24 hours of the day of receipt and our instructions for submitting a claim must be observed, otherwise no claims will be processed. In the event the merchandise is damaged, a refund will be issued, less original shipping and handling costs, upon the final settlement from UPS. All claims will be deemed resolved in full based on the findings of UPS.

LAYAWAY

Yes, DISNEYSHOWCASE.COM has a layaway plan.

Take 3 months to pay on any item. Just pay 50% deposit and 25% each month for 2 months.
We ship the item to you when the last payment clears the bank.
Lay-Away is free if you make your payments by check or money order.
Lay-aways are still covered by the 48 hours "return for any reason" guarantee, but shipping costs and a 20% re-stocking fee applies.

If You Stop Making Payments on Your Lay-Away:
If you become more than 30 days behind on a lay-away payment, your lay-away will be cancelled, your item(s) will be re-stocked, and 20% of the invoice amount will be forfeited. This only applies to customers who stop making payments: Lay-away is free as outlined above.

You have 48 hours to return anything for a full refund for any reason.

Your satisfaction with every purchase is fully guaranteed. Look your purchase over and if something does not please you ship it back within 48 hours, fully insured and safely packaged. We do ask that you notify us within that 48 hours, so that we will know to expect the package. When the item arrives in the same condition as it was originally sent, a prompt refund will be issued. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
